This Privacy Policy explains how Junk Removal 911 collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website at junkremoval911.com (the “Site”), contact us, request an estimate, schedule service, or otherwise interact with our business. By using the Site or our services, you agree to this Policy.

Who we are

Junk Removal 911 is a service mark of Twin Lakes Junk Services LLC, an Indiana limited liability company. Our operational address is 439 W. 41st St., Chicago, IL 60609. You can reach us at junk911@junkremoval911.com or 312-730-8483.

Information we collect

Information you provide to us when you submit a booking form, call us, text us, or email us:

  • Name and contact details (phone number, email address)
  • Service address and any access details (lockbox codes, gate codes, unit numbers)
  • Photos and descriptions of the items to be removed
  • Payment information when you pay for service (handled by our payment processors — we do not store full card numbers)
  • Anything else you choose to share in messages or notes

Information collected automatically when you use the Site:

  • IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system
  • Pages you visit on the Site, time spent, and how you arrived (referring URL, search keywords)
  • Cookie and similar identifiers (see “Cookies and tracking” below)

Information collected through your interactions with us:

  • Recordings and transcripts of phone calls you place to or receive from our business numbers (Illinois requires all parties to consent to recording; you’ll hear a notice at the start of each call)
  • Text messages you exchange with us
  • Photos our crew takes at the job site (before/after, dump receipts, payment proof)

Information from advertising and analytics partners, where applicable:

  • The Google ad click identifier (gclid) and UTM campaign parameters when you arrive from a paid ad
  • Tracking phone numbers assigned to you by our call-tracking provider (CallRail) so we can attribute the call to the source that referred you

How we use information

  • To schedule, perform, and follow up on the junk-removal or hauling service you requested
  • To communicate with you about your job — booking confirmation, on-the-way notice, arrival window, completion, payment, and review requests
  • To invoice you, accept payment, and keep accurate financial and tax records
  • To improve our service, train our crew, and resolve disputes
  • To measure the effectiveness of our advertising and improve how we spend our marketing budget
  • To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests from authorities
  • To protect the rights and safety of our customers, our crew, and the business

Cookies and tracking

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for three purposes:

  • Essential — cookies that let the Site function (session, security, the booking form, login for admins). The Site won’t work properly without these.
  • Analytics — Google Analytics 4 cookies that help us understand which pages people read and where they come from.
  • Advertising and measurement — Google Ads conversion tracking and CallRail Dynamic Number Insertion, which let us see which advertising channels actually produce booked jobs.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the Site may not work as expected if you do. You can also opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

  • Service providers we use to run the business:
    • Supabase — secure database for customer records and job history
    • Twilio — voice and SMS service for phone calls and texts
    • Resend — transactional email delivery (booking confirmations, review requests)
    • QuickBooks — invoicing and accounting
    • CallRail — call tracking and source attribution
    • Google (Analytics, Ads) — website analytics and advertising measurement
    • Vercel — website hosting
  • Advertising and analytics partners — to measure our ads and improve matching, we share limited information about your interactions (and, where applicable, hashed versions of your email address or phone number) with Google and CallRail. We share these in cryptographically obscured (hashed) form, so the partner can match your interaction to the ad that brought you to us without receiving your raw contact information.
  • Our crew and contractors — limited information they need to complete your job (name, service address, items to remove, access details).
  • Legal compliance and protection — when we are required to share information by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, customers, or the public.
  • Business transfers — if Twin Lakes Junk Services LLC is ever acquired, merged, or sells its assets, customer information may be transferred as part of that transaction; we will notify customers of any material change.

How long we keep your information

We retain information for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this Policy — generally:

  • Customer records, jobs, and invoices — for the duration of our relationship with you and as needed for legitimate business, tax, and legal purposes (federal tax records are typically retained for at least seven years).
  • Call recordings, transcripts, and text-message history — for as long as they may be useful for service delivery, dispute resolution, training and quality assurance, transcription and AI-assisted summaries, or legal compliance. We do not commit to a fixed deletion window.
  • Marketing audience data — until you opt out or the data is no longer useful for the purpose collected.

You can request deletion of your data at any time (see “Your choices and rights” below). We will honor your request unless we have a legitimate reason to retain specific records — for example, an open invoice, a recent dispute, or a legal requirement to keep tax records.

Your choices and rights

You can:

  • Opt out of marketing text messages by replying STOP to any text we send you. Transactional messages necessary to complete a scheduled job may continue until the job is closed.
  • Opt out of marketing emails by following the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or by emailing us.
  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of your information.
  • Opt out of the sharing of your information with advertising partners described above, even if not required by your state’s law.

To make a request, email us at junk911@junkremoval911.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and consistent with applicable law. We may ask you to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

California residents

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and to not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. To exercise these rights, email junk911@junkremoval911.com with “California Privacy Request” in the subject line. We do not sell your personal information for money. We do share certain information with advertising partners as described in “Who we share information with” above; you can opt out of that sharing by emailing us.

Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia, Texas, and other US states with consumer privacy laws

If your state’s law gives you similar rights to those described above (access, deletion, correction, opt-out of targeted advertising or sale), you may exercise them by emailing junk911@junkremoval911.com. We will respond as required by your state’s law.

Illinois residents

Illinois law requires all parties to consent before a phone call is recorded; you’ll hear a notice at the start of calls we record, and your continued participation in the call is your consent. We do not collect, store, or use biometric identifiers or biometric information (as those terms are defined by the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act).

Children’s information

The Site and our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

Security

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites (for example, Google reviews, Yelp). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites; please review their own privacy policies.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Effective date” at the top of this page. For material changes, we will use reasonable efforts to notify customers with whom we have an ongoing relationship. Your continued use of the Site or our services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Policy.
